Remember to complete the return note and the invoice

You can send your order back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have informed us that you want to cancel your purchase. You must hold the direct expenses associated with the return of the item.

When returning, you are responsible for the the item is securely packaged into the original packaging and the item 'tag' with the item's unique number must be included. You carry the risk of the product from the time of the goods delivery, and until we receive it in our warehouse.

Item's condition when you send it back.

You are liable for any deterioration of the value of the product caused by handling than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics of the product and the way it works. In other words - you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.

If the item is tried in addition to what is described above, we consider it used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you only get part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item.

Repayment of the purchase amount.

If you regret your purchase, you obviously get the amount you have paid to us back. In the event of an impairment that you are liable for, this purchase amount is deducted.

If you use your right of regret, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs.

We complete repayment with the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction.

What should I send back?

You must attach a copy of the order confirmation or the invoice, as well as the return form, or the standard form you received with the item.
